As a Network Administrator, you'll be part of a team of 15 infrastructure specialists supporting a company with over 2,000 employees. Your work will directly impact network reliability and security across international operations from day-to-day connectivity to large-scale infrastructure projects.Your main responsibilities• Design, deploy, and optimise enterprise network and security infrastructures used by 2,000+ employees worldwide.• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services across data centres, offices, and cloud environments.• Lead incident resolution from Level 1 to Level 3, minimising downtime and improving service quality.• Drive the implementation of infrastructure projects—recent examples include upgrading core routing with BGP and enhancing firewall architecture using Palo Alto and Check Point.• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and proactively implement optimisations based on data insights.• Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to deliver secure, scalable connectivity solutions across departments.• Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.Your profile• At least 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering within enterprise environments (what matters most is your ability to deliver results, not just the number of years)• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field. • Proven expertise in network architecture, including routing, switching, and security best practices.• Hands-on experience with key technologies such as: • TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and enterprise Wi-Fi• Cisco Catalyst switches and switching configurations• BGP and other routing protocols• Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Check Point, Palo Alto• Load balancing with F5• VPN, DMZ, and Web Application Firewalls• DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, and authentication systems• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) is a strong plus.• Fluency in English.
