About the Role As Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operation of our night shift transport and distribution activities. You will manage a team of postmen and operational staffconsisting of 15 persons, ensuring that deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. You will work closely with management and operational support functions to optimize productivity, maintain service standards, and ensure effective resource planning. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Overall responsibility for the daily execution of night shift post operations Planning and coordinating staffing, routes, and operational resources Conducting onboarding and training of new employees Monitoring and controlling delivery route quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards Ensuring adequate staffing by coordinating replacements during employee sickness, holidays, and other absences Supporting recruitment and employee development in collaboration with HR Investigating operational incidents and implementing corrective actions Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Collaborating closely with dispatch, customer service, and management teams Participating in operational tasks when required and leading by example Your Profile We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys creating results through people.
