The Role We Need We’re hiring a Director of Technology Operations to lead the three functions that keep PadSplit’s technology and business operations healthy: Quality Assurance, IT & internal tooling, and Security. You’ll inherit existing teams across each area and be responsible for modernizing how they work: moving QA toward automation, IT toward proactive enablement, and Security toward a structured, risk-based program.
