Single Cell Discoveries is seeking a Site Director to lead and oversee all operations at our Gothenburg laboratory, TATAA Biocenter! This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on operational leader who thrives on responsibility, solving complex challenges, and can make confident decisions in a fast-moving environment while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for all operations at Tataa Biocenter: People management, facility management, and site-wide coordination. You will ensure the site runs smoothly, the infrastructure and processes needed for compliance are in place, and our staff have everything they need to deliver exceptional results for sponsors around the world.
