Join SSC Space as a Security Coordinator at Esrange Space Center in Kiruna. You will help coordinate visits, guide visitors on site and keep security documentation in order, working closely with our Site Security Officer to ensure visits run smoothly and security routines are followed. REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for someone who is organized, dependable and service-minded, with sound judgement and a practical approach to work. You are comfortable following established routines, handling confidential information and asking for guidance when something is unclear. A formal security background is not required. To succeed in this role, you need: Experience in administration and confidence using common digital tools to maintain accurate records and documentation. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid category B driving license for driving within the EEA and a responsible approach to driving. The ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks and adapt when plans change. The confidence to uphold security routines, including pausing an activity and seeking guidance when requirements are unclear.Experience in reception, logistics, transport, facility services or security support is an advantage, particularly if you have coordinated visitors, contractors or deliveries.
