This pivotal role will drive the comprehensive end-to-end transformation of our Procurement and Logistics Supply Chain functions, elevating them into a high-performing, tech-enabled, and world-class organization.Reporting directly to the VP Procurement / Chief Procurement Officer, you will serve as the strategic orchestrator of change across processes, systems, governance, culture, and capabilities. You will lead the charge in rebuilding our Operating Model, embedding cutting-edge Digital & AI tools, driving rigorous cost engineering, and instilling a high-performance, fast-paced culture across our global and regional operations.Key Accountabilities:1. End-to-End Operating Model & Strategy:• Manage the re-architecting and execution of the regional and global Procurement and Supply Chain Operating Model to maximize organizational agility, scalability, and value creation.• Translate enterprise-level business objectives into an actionable, future-proof Procurement & Supply Chain transformation roadmap.• Establish and monitor transformation KPIs, balanced scorecards, and executive dashboards to measure progress, savings realization, and operational velocity.• Establish robust governance, audit mechanisms, and compliance frameworks to ensure risk mitigation, transparent controls, and operational integrity across global supplier networks and logistics routes.2.
