As a Project Manager within our Digital Physiology business, you will lead the successful execution of cardiac solution studies from startup through closeout, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Working closely with sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams, you will serve as the primary operational lead, balancing customer expectations, project performance, financial management, and operational excellence to support the development of life-changing therapies. What You'll Be Doing Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs. Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams. Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities. Create, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications. Ensure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Establish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution. Monitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes. Manage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success. Lead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations. Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters. Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required.
