The Systems & Options engineering team is responsible for developing and maintaining Bluefors' largest and most complex product portfolio. The team works closely with product management, manufacturing, service, quality, and other stakeholders to bring new technologies into products while continuously improving the performance and reliability of systems already in the field. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll work across the entire product lifecycle, helping ensure quality is built into new products from the start while driving systematic improvements across an extensive installed base. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, product reliability, delivery performance, and long-term product quality. The position reports to the Director, Systems & Options and is part of Bluefors' Product Development organization. We work with low hierarchy and short decision paths, and we move fast. As Bluefors continues to grow, maintaining and improving quality across increasingly sophisticated products and a growing installed base becomes ever more important.
