Start date: ASAP ️Contract type: Full Time Employee Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM PST Work mode: 100% remote What You’ll Be Doing Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Perform general ledger, bank, and balance sheet account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks and other financial management systems. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses. Contribute to budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning activities. Assist with payroll processing and related accounting responsibilities.
