In this role, you will play a key part in driving business performance, analyzing financial information, and supporting forecasting and planning activities.About the RoleAs a Nordic Controller, you will act as an important business partner and support both the Finnish and Swedish organizations in financial decision-making. You will report to the Finance Manager Finland while also working closely with the Group Controlling function within a matrix organization.Your responsibilities include analyzing monthly and quarterly financial performance, preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, and conducting profitability, margin, and variance analyses. You will also develop and monitor KPIs, prepare management reports and dashboards, and provide financial support to manufacturing and business operations.In addition, you will be responsible for cost accounting and product cost monitoring, evaluating investment and development projects, and collaborating with internal and external auditors.
