You will oversee accounting across approximately 20 Swedish entities, manage the monthly close and help strengthen the processes and systems that support our continued growth.What you'll be doing Take end-to-end ownership of accounting across our Swedish entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations. Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, including accruals, reconciliations and intercompany balances. Prepare reliable internal and statutory reporting, providing clear financial information to colleagues across the business. Ensure compliance with Swedish accounting standards, including K2 and K3, as well as relevant VAT, tax and reporting requirements. Coordinate the Swedish audit process, preparing documentation and acting as the main contact for auditors and external advisers. Strengthen internal controls and standardise accounting processes across the group, identifying risks or discrepancies early. Improve and automate financial processes using Fortnox, digital tools and AI, while supporting the introduction of future finance systems.You'll thrive in this role if you You'll thrive in this role if you At least four years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within a multi-entity group, scale-up or similarly fast-moving environment.
