As Coordinator within Accessories Engineering, you will coordinate accessory-related activities across cable and infrastructure projects, ensuring that orders, documentation, interfaces and deliveries align with project requirements and timelines. Bring structure and progress across engineering projectsYou will act as a central coordination point for Accessories Engineering and relevant stakeholders. By maintaining an overview of responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines, you will create transparency throughout project execution. You will coordinate Engineering orders, follow up activities and ensure that documentation, decisions and actions remain accurate and traceable. The role also gives you the opportunity to improve how we work. You will contribute to the development of templates, workflows and coordination tools, while supporting the digitalization and automation of processes within Accessories Engineering. Key responsibilities include:• Register, coordinate and follow up Engineering orders through completion• Monitor project actions, milestones, deadlines and accessory deliveries• Maintain project trackers, documentation, action lists and status updates• Communicate risks, dependencies, delays and missing information• Improve templates, workflows, digital tools and coordination processes You will be based in Karlskrona and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, projects, procurement, logistics, production and suppliers.
