About the Role: This is an existing role in our team. As a Product Designer, you will be a key contributor to the user experience of our SaaS platform. This isn’t just about making things look good; you will dive into complex challenges, transforming deep user research into elegant, accessible designs that solve real-world problems for our enterprise and government users. What You’ll Do as a Product Designer Design User-Centered Solutions: Own and create accessible designs for web applications that align with company goals and meet user needs. Develop UX Elements: Create flow diagrams, user personas, and experience maps to ensure designs are rooted in user requirements.
