The 1LMX Finance Applications Team is hiring a Sr ERP Business Analyst to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the ERP system and processes, specifically in the Cognitus Incurred Cost Claim (ICC) arena. Your Mission: In this role, you will work across multiple project teams to optimize end-to-end processes. You will provide the following capability to the project team: • Analyzing financial business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability • Providing clearly defined solutions supporting Incurred Cost Claim for configuration of Cognitus and supporting business processes • Performing gap analysis and system re-engineering of ICC activities • Participating and leading in blueprinting, configuration, testing and production support You will be responsible for system design, development, configuration, spec generation, unit testing, and operational assessment readiness; scrum master tasks; and the following: • Authoring functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, interfaces, reports, and custom transactions • Performing configuration tasks within the Cognitus tool • Conducting unit testing, integration testing, documentation and training of the end user community #EBDT Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.
