Collaborate with sales, business development, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both customer expectations and organizational capabilities. Data Management & Migration Lead and execute data mapping and migration activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and seamless data transfer between systems. Document data mapping structures, transformation rules, migration strategies, and supporting technical details to ensure transparency and repeatability. Provide training and support to stakeholders on working with data in the new system, promoting user adoption and effective utilization. Enablement & Continuous Improvement Deliver ongoing support and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders, continuously improving processes and technical standards. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and process refinement based on project insights and customer feedback. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned, based on evolving company needs and strategic priorities. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.
