The Implementation Lead plays a critical role in coordinating onsite installation activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and serving as the primary field representative throughout project execution. You'll lead installation teams, manage onsite logistics, oversee testing and troubleshooting efforts, and ensure deployments are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your work will directly impact project success, customer satisfaction, and the performance of mission-critical network infrastructure What you’ll be doing As a member of the Deployment & Implementation team, you'll be responsible for coordinating field installations, ensuring infrastructure quality, and supporting successful project delivery across customer environments. Your responsibilities will include: Installation Leadership & Project Coordination Coordinate onsite implementation activities to ensure installations align with approved designs and project requirements. Lead installation crews and serve as the primary onsite representative for Boldyn throughout project execution. Coordinate activities between escorts, Field Service Representatives, contractors, vendors, and internal implementation teams. Track installation progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders. Manage onsite inventory, equipment logistics, and installation resources to support project timelines. Ensure all equipment is properly scanned, tracked, and installed in the correct locations. Network Installation, Testing & Troubleshooting Oversee installation of fiber, copper, and networking infrastructure. Perform testing and validation of network infrastructure to ensure quality and performance standards are achieved. Conduct signal strength and speed coverage verification to confirm alignment with deployment plans. Troubleshoot network issues in partnership with Engineering, NOC, Circuit, and Vendor teams.
