What You'll Do Strategic Project Leadership & Client Partnership Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementations and ongoing production support for enterprise client projects Partner with clients to validate project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology, ensuring smooth transitions to new solutions Establish and maintain client-specific success criteria for long-term relationship excellence Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction while developing proactive resolution strategies Methodology Excellence & Team Coordination Own and champion our implementation methodology, presenting it confidently to clients and establishing robust project governance Provide strategic guidance and coordination to implementation teams of approximately 10 professionals, including Functional Leads and Business Analysts Drive continuous improvement by identifying methodology enhancements and sharing insights with leadership Stakeholder Management & Solution Optimization Collaborate seamlessly with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and product development teams to deliver optimal solutions Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, serving as the key spokesperson for internal methodology and project decisions Control project...
