Summary FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementation and transformation initiatives across enterprise client environments. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, deliverables, risk management, stakeholder communications, and escalations, while consistently driving successful client outcomes and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership, Salesforce delivery expertise, Agile program management, and client-facing consulting experience. This individual will partner closely with executive stakeholders, architects, developers, analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional delivery resources to successfully execute enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a consultative leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage multi-workstream programs, and ensure high-quality delivery across Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, and related enterprise integrations.
