Standard Job Description You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading subcontract management activities across a diverse portfolio of programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across commercial, DOD, and international programs. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority. Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions. Administer awarded subcontracts and oversee change activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
