Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and marketplace growth. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from product sourcing and procurement to warehouse delivery and fulfillment. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Ensure smooth coordination between supply chain, marketplace, warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management Analyze historical sales data, marketplace trends, seasonality, and promotional activities to forecast product demand. Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers. Develop replenishment plans to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and excess inventory. Monitor inventory turnover, aging stock, sell-through rates, and stock availability. Coordinate inventory planning for Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, and SHEIN.
