Maintain a practical roadmap showing where Ezurio should build, buy, or wait. Manage the AI investment budget from annual planning through approval and tracking. Delivery and Adoption Select and manage technology providers and implementation partners, working with them to deliver solutions within Ezurio 's security and integration standards. Drive adoption of the tools we already own, focused on training, identifying functional champions, usage reporting, and license optimization. Run scheduled effectiveness reviews for every AI tool and agent. Rework or decommission what we don't use. Governance and Reporting Partner with IT and Legal to define acceptable-use, data-handling, and security guardrails. Maintain AI governance practices that...
