You will be the technical backbone keeping our deployed systems running smoothly \- getting on the phone to diagnose hardware and software issues remotely and where necessary or heading into the field for hands\-on support.Whilst we’re primarily targeting a full time hire, we would also consider suitable applicants that could provide support in this role on a part\-time or on an internship basis.**Responsibilities*** **Frontline System Triage \& Remote Support** Act as the first point of contact for downtime incidents across deployed sites; perform remote diagnostics, analyze system logs, identify and resolve issues rapidly.* **On\-Site Field Interventions** Perform day\-trip visits to partner sites for physical installation, hardware troubleshooting, system calibration, and hands\-on maintenance.* **Customer Interface \& Access Coordination** Guide client technical teams smoothly through active remote access procedures.* **Proactive Operational Upkeep** Conduct regular system health checks, review diagnostic logs, and perform data quality verifications during downtime to prevent field issues before they occur.* **Feedback to R\&D** Document edge cases, recurring fault patterns, and hardware behaviors in the field to provide clean technical context back to our engineering and development teams.**What You Bring*** **Technical Background** Educational foundation or practical experience in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.* **Linux Fluency** Strong, hands\-on comfort navigating Linux...
