Supervises the Maintenance team, ensuring the effective delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance services for RDI equipment and machinery. Organises and coordinates maintenance operations, ensures the reliability, performance, and availability of equipment and laboratory technical system, and coordinates work priorities and resources to minimise operational disruptions enabling researchers to carry out their activities efficiently and safely. Agrees team's goals or priorities with hierarchical line, defines plans and sets work objectives for the team. Provides day-to-day work direction to the team, focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions.
