The Role: We are seeking a highly professional, proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to join the Executive Chairman & President’s Office at Celonis. The role will provide executive support within the office of the Executive Chairman & President, working closely with the existing Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coordination and support in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting C-level executives in a global organization, excellent organizational and communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to confidently manage complex priorities and stakeholders. As an Executive Assistant within the Executive Chairman & President’s Office, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and their respective offices, as well as with senior leaders and key stakeholders across Celonis. You will serve as a trusted partner within the office, supporting the coordination of complex priorities and acting as one of the key points of contact for internal and external matters. You are someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has a growth mindset, and is genuinely passionate about enabling executives and helping them operate effectively.
