Learn more at www. RapidSOS .com. What this role is about: Every legal request at RapidSOS comes through one front door, and this role owns it. As our Legal Operations & Paralegal Specialist, you’ll be the operating backbone of a lean, AI-native legal team that supports four Business Units. You’ll make sure every matter lands with the right owner on day one, that public-sector deals don’t stall waiting on paperwork, and that no insurance, filing, or compliance deadline is ever missed. You’ll also build the automations and AI workflows that take routine work off our attorneys’ plates, so counsel can spend their time on judgment calls. This is an individual contributor role reporting to our Lead Corporate Counsel, and you’ll have real ownership from the start. What you’ll do: Run Legal’s intake for 10+ new requests every business day. Triage each one and route it to the right owner the same day, with every required field filled in. Keep public-sector revenue moving by turning around standard order forms, RFP administrative packages (W-9s, certificates, registrations, signatures), and customer and vendor setup documents quickly and accurately.
