The Job: As the Sales Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Providing ongoing administrative support to the Sales team. Presenting the prepared presentation in front of a larger group of people. Entering, updating, and verifying data in internal systems, particularly customer, order, and sales activity data. Preparing, compiling, and archiving sales and commercial documentation. Monitoring the accuracy and completeness of documents related to sales processes. Preparing commercial offers, reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department. Coordinating the flow of information between the Sales Department and other organizational units, in particular Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service. Supporting the order fulfillment process by monitoring statuses, deadlines, and reporting any irregularities. Handling ongoing email and telephone correspondence with customers and business partners within the scope agreed with the supervisor. Performing other administrative and organizational duties assigned by the supervisor, consistent with the nature of the role.
