About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer who has a proven track record of building, deploying and scaling AI-powered applications in production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take ownership of technical architecture, integrate large language models (LLMs), build intelligent automation workflows and turn business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate goes beyond experimenting with AI. They have built real products used by thousands of users, understand how to integrate AI into existing systems and can demonstrate the impact of their work through live projects, a GitHub portfolio or technical walkthroughs. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, improve internal business processes and develop reliable applications that deliver measurable results. Requirements Key Responsibilities AI Development & Integration Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini. Design and implement AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies and intelligent automation solutions. Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, business systems and internal tools. Evaluate and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost. Apply fine-tuning and other model-customization techniques where appropriate. Full-Stack Development Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js. Build and maintain robust APIs, webhooks and integrations with third-party platforms. Design, manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and data models. Develop secure, maintainable and high-performance applications that can support growing user bases. Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance. Technical Architecture & Deployment Take ownership of technical architecture and make independent engineering decisions. Build scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of users. Manage deployment workflows and cloud-based environments using tools such as Vercel and Docker. Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration and code management. Establish sound development practices around testing, reliability, security and maintainability.
