The SAFe Agile framework serves as the delivery engine that makes this complexity manageable. As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams across Core HR, Talent and Learning, Benefits, Compensation, HCM Application Security, and Technical/Functional Support, and coach teams on SAFe principles and practices. You may also serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), orchestrating Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, tracking velocity and throughput metrics, and driving inspect-and-adapt cycles. With Oracle quarterly updates, parallel agency transitions, and comprehensive functional requirements, the program requires disciplined Agile execution at every level. Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams aligned to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, HCM Application Security, or Technical/Functional Support. Facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and inspect‑and‑adapt sessions focused on continuous improvement. Serve as or support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in planning and executing PI Planning events, coordinating PI objectives, identifying cross-team dependencies, and establishing realistic commitments.
