Clinical Therapist

Victory Bay Clinical Therapists provide high-quality individual therapy services to individuals within the Outpatient Program. Clinical Therapists work with adult and adolescent populations, providing individualized treatment and support based on each client’s clinical needs. Therapists are responsible for completing the intake process for individuals assigned to their caseload, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring personalized and effective care. Tasks & Responsibilities A. Essential Duties Providing individual and family therapy via HIPAA compliant telehealth platform Development of individualized Treatment Plans in collaboration with the client. Timely completion of all clinical documentation. Suicide Intervention and Crisis Planning Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards. B. Additional Duties Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department. As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly. C. Interpersonal Relations Create Meaningful Connections: Demonstrates ability to function effectively as a part of team. Uses outstanding oral and written communication with employees at all levels of the business for support and sharing of information.
