You don't need to know everything, but you should have a solid understanding of TikTok, be creative, data-driven, and comfortable testing new ideas to improve performance. Key Responsibilities TikTok Content Strategy & Management Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand's goals, products, and target audience. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar. Identify trending sounds, hashtags, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the brand. Coordinate with the creative team, video editors, and other departments to produce engaging TikTok content. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement to maintain an active brand presence. TikTok Shop Management Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and links are accurate and up to date. Monitor shop performance, order issues, product status, and account health. Troubleshoot listing, fulfillment, and other shop-related issues. Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies and platform requirements. Affiliate & Creator Management Identify and connect with relevant TikTok creators and affiliates to promote Zulay Kitchen products.
