Spreetail is looking for a Director of Procurement, you will serve as the single accountable leader for ~$29M in annual addressable spend across our 8 fulfillment center locations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end operational sourcing strategies—including packaging, pallets, corrugate, business services, and facility supplies—while driving commercial negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and vendor accountability. You will lead the on-site non-inventory hourly teams responsible for staging and replenishment, design robust inventory controls, and build cross-functional alignment across Finance, Operations, and carriers. How you will achieve success: Network Spend Ownership: Serve as the single accountable owner of ~$25M/year+ in addressable spend across all 8 FC buildings (~$10M pallets and corrugate, ~$10M+ business services,). Strategic RFP Execution: Lead the Q1 2027 pallet RFP across primary partners (KAMPS, 48forty, and emerging alternatives) to secure pallets and corrugate at the lowest total net cost. Carrier S&OP & Credit Recovery: Establish S&OP-driven pallet demand forecasts and operationalize pallet return, regrade, and credit recovery programs with major carrier partners (FedEx, Roadie).
