You play the pivotal role to ensure standard operatingprocedures are followed accurately and reliably to ensure our fabfollows highest environmental protection standards. By performinglaboratory testing and systematic verification and alignment ofmeasurements from various instruments, sensors, and equipment our fabcan run smoothly thanks to your work. To ensure 24 hours operations,our Fab Technicians will work in shift model in cooperation with otherTechnicians, Engineers, and Managers to ensure that all processspecifications are met at all times. Tasks Maintains a clean, orderly,and safe workplace, follow all safety policies and procedures at alltimes and make recommendations for continuous improvement of workmethod, safety, materials-, and tool handling. Operates and controlssystems & equipment for Gas/Chemical and Slurries. Observes gauges,signals and recording instruments to effectively monitor criticallimits. Performs standard diagnostics, monitor site performanceindicators and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for interruptions orincidents. Performs troubleshooting, emergency and correctivemaintenance, repair actions. perform laboratory testing and completechemical and gas container change outs. Maintains log of gaugereadings, shift throughput, and equipment malfunctions. Patrols areato inspect equipment and record tank levels and gauge readings, makesrecipe adjustments to ensure correct gas/chemical concentrations areblended for manufacturing process equipment. Ensures processingconditions and process output are within regulatory limits andalerting management of discrepancies. Perform standard andnon-standard equipment maintenance, repairs and modifications toensure smooth operations inline with environmental protectionrequirements. Profile...
