As a Strategy & Operations Intern on Pinterest’s Global Content Organization (GCO), you’ll support business planning, performance analysis, and scoped operational projects. You’ll turn data into clear insights, track progress against team goals, and identify practical ways to improve how work gets done. What you’ll do: Analyze business and operational metrics to identify trends, summarize findings, and explain performance against defined goals. Build or improve a recurring report or dashboard for a focused set of metrics; document metric definitions and refresh steps. Support team planning and goal-setting by organizing inputs, maintaining a milestone tracker, and surfacing open questions and dependencies. Coordinate a scoped team project by tracking milestones, documenting decisions, and preparing concise status updates. Review a routine workflow and recommend a practical improvement, including the expected benefit and suggested next step. Use Pinterest-approved AI and internal tools, where appropriate, to support research, analysis, and workflow improvement; validate outputs, use sound judgment, and follow responsible-use guidance.
