In this role, you will: Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery. Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate. You drive it without waiting for a spec. Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You know which metric you are moving and why. Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market. What good looks like Scope: you own a problem area end to end.
