Your responsibilities TikTok Shop Management: Support our team with the day-to-day running and optimization of TikTok Shops. Creator Management: Help research, identify and reach out to the right content creators and influencers. Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution and analysis of TikTok campaigns. Content & Trends: Keep an eye on current TikTok trends, analyze successful videos and bring in your own creative ideas. Performance & Reporting: Help analyze key KPIs and put together performance reports. Project Coordination: Work closely with our Growth, Creator and Shop Management teams and support a range of operational projects. Process Optimization: Bring your own ideas for making our internal workflows more efficient and smarter. Your profile Your profile You’re currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business administration, marketing, media, communications or a related field. You’re interested in social media, e-commerce, influencer marketing and digital trends. TikTok is more than just an app to you: you understand which content works and why. You work independently, in a structured way, and reliably. You’re communicative and creative, and you’re keen to take on responsibility. You have very good English skills. Additional European language is a plus.
