The Technical Analyst I will play an important role in supporting Lennar 's Legal and Compliance Technology team by ensuring the department's applications, processes, and reporting functions operate effectively and efficiently. This role provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for legal technology applications, manages recurring operational activities, coordinates project initiatives, and supports application enhancements, configuration updates, and end-user training. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of legal operations and technology workflows. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and service-focused, with an interest in leveraging technology, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Legal department. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Application Support & Administration Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional and technical support for the Legal Solutions application suite, including Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, and NAVEX EthicsPoint. Manage and resolve service requests submitted through ServiceNow and established support channels, providing guidance and assistance to end users.
