The role supports accurate, timely prescription workflows and an excellent patient experience. What You’ll Do: Review treatment plans and accurately process prescription orders using e-Prescribing software and internal tools. Complete all follow-up tasks associated with prescription writing workflows in a timely manner. Perform prescription quality checks for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal standards. Collaborate with internal teams and, when needed, healthcare providers to resolve prescription questions or issues. Escalate prescription-related challenges to the Pharmacy Operations team as appropriate. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the prescription process. Complete routine prescription-related data entry with a high level of precision. Work collaboratively with remote colleagues and pharmacy partners. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth operations preferred; motivated graduates in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience with e-Prescribing systems, pharmacy software, or electronic health records is an advantage. Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage quantities and frequencies, compound names, calculations, and common abbreviations. Understanding of prescription workflows, including payments, refills, and lab approvals. Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and comfort with routine, repetitive tasks.
