Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure Systems team. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Linux Systems , technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation. What You'll Do Support enterprise VoIP and telecommunications platforms, including Asterisk-based systems Troubleshoot Linux-hosted applications, web services, authentication systems, certificates, DNS, load balancing, and performance-related issues. Administer and support enterprise Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, storage, and cloud infrastructure services. Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments spanning both cloud and on-premises platforms. Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure services. Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. Research, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across infrastructure platforms. Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery exercises. Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools. Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions. Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required. What You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or relevant experience. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments. Strong experience supporting Linux operating systems and Linux-hosted applications. Hands-on experience supporting Asterisk infrastructure (RHEL 9+).
