Job Summary Reporting to the Managing Director, Digital Products Development & Operations, the Director, Platform and Integration is responsible for providing enterprise solution architecture, platform architecture, and integration leadership across AIA's digital products with Salesforce and AMS platforms. The director will serve as an architectural interface between AIA Technology, business stakeholders, implementation teams, vendors, and third-party technology providers. The role is responsible for designing and guiding solutions that integrate AIA's Salesforce and Association Management System (AMS) platforms with digital products and other enterprise and third-party applications. The director will also provide architectural guidance for enhancements based on the new capabilities on the Salesforce and AMS platforms, ensuring solutions follow platform best practices and align with AIA's broader technology architecture and integration strategy.
