Tasks and responsibilities Support Finance Operations Support daily SAP Finance activities, including transaction processing, master data validation, and basic troubleshooting to ensure efficient finance operations. Manage Invoice Processing Help ensure incoming invoices are processed accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of financial control and compliance. Maintain Process Documentation Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other finance process documentation in line with group standards and best practices. Contribute to Continuous Improvement Support the standardization and continuous improvement of finance processes and frameworks across the organization. Support Month-End Closing Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation as part of the monthly financial closing process. Participate in Ad Hoc Projects Contribute to various finance and administrative projects and tasks as required by the team. Skills, experiences and qualifications we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of relevant experience within finance, accounting, or a similar function. Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial processes. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Good written and verbal communication skills.
