This includes ensuring proper monitoring of pipeline management, contract processing, invoicing accuracy, sales reporting and support marketing activities to enhance operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and financial tracking. The candidate will work closely with the sales, partner, finance, and marketing teams to streamline LuxProvide's engagement cycle.Your role consists in:Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing support and execution:• Ensure alignment between sales, partner and marketing, leveraging the execution of a B2B marketing strategy to generate brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.• Support marketing team for industry events, conferences, and trade shows in HPC, Data Science, AI and Quantum.• Support webinars, roundtables, and B2B networking events to showcase LuxProvide's capabilities and customer/partner success stories.• Gather marketing KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.Engagement & Pipeline Management:• Assist in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.• Support the CCSO in sales forecasting by consolidating pipeline data and monitoring key metrics.• Work closely with engagement and partner teams to track opportunities, ensuring leads are correctly recorded and progressing through the sales funnel.• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance sales workflow efficiency.Contract & Proposal Administration:• Maintain a structured contract repository, tracking key dates, renewals, and amendments.• Assist in creating sales quotes, contract and documentation for customers and partners.Invoice & Revenue Tracking:• Support invoicing processes by validating contract terms, and working with the finance team to generate invoices on time.• Support customers regarding billing issues, and support the finance team in resolving disputes.Sales Operations & Reporting:• Develop sales reports and dashboards, providing insights on pipeline health, revenue performance, and customer contracts.• Assist in preparing executive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.CRM & Process...
