More specifically, you will join the Operations division which includes the maintenance and operation of the technical installations, managed by a team of four people. Your role:Expected services:Continuously ensuring proper functioning of facilities, good condition of workplaces and user satisfaction. All areas inside campuses are included, particularly laboratories where the infrastructures are linked to sensitive activities with high technological and regulatory requirements. The work environment includes the following: energy production and distribution, HVAC, fluid and gas distribution, sanitary installations, electrical installations. As a maintenance officer in charge of those installations, you ensure their availability, compliance with health and safety regulations and efficient energy use while always being user comfort oriented.Preventive maintenance of the technical installations covered by this position is outsourced to external providers. For troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on these same installations, the University performs the work both internally and externally depending on their complexity.
